3 Old Ladies That Would Forget Their Heads If They Weren’t Attached
Many of us look forward to reaching our golden years, when we can kick back and watch the world go by from a comfortable chair. There are many things that we may look forward to during that time, but one thing that we don’t look forward to is memory loss. Admittedly, most people would not consider memory loss to be something that is funny but it certainly is the basis for one of the funniest jokes we have heard in a long time. It involves three sisters who just can’t seem to remember anything and by the end of the joke, we are provided with the best laugh.
Three sisters aged, 92, 94, and 96 years old, live in a house together.
One night the 96-year-old draws a bath, puts her foot in, and pauses.
She yells down the stairs,
“Was I getting in or out of the bath?!”
The 94-year old yells back,
“I don’t know, I’ll come up and see!”
She starts up the stairs and pauses, then she yells,
“Was I going up the stairs or coming down!?”
The 92-year-old was sitting at the kitchen table having tea listening to her sisters.
She shakes her head and says,
“I sure hope I never get that forgetful.”
She knocks on wood for good measure.
She then yells,
“I’ll come up and help both of you as soon as I see who’s at the door!”
