Donald Trump’s son makes surprising claim about Melania ‘divorce’

Eric Trump, the son of Donald Trump, made a startling statement regarding the marriage of US President Melania and First Lady Melania.

Eric exploded on live television late last month (30 September) in response to allegations that his father was targeting political opponents with the Department of Justice.

He said that officials in the Biden administration attempted to organize his father and stepmother’s divorce in an effort to sour relations between them.

Eric defended himself and his father during an appearance on Rob Schmitt’s Newsmax show, claiming that they were the targets of constant abuse. As we say, he even went so far as to suggest that ‘they’ had tried to’separate our family’ and undercut the president’s marriage to Melania.

According to Trump, who calls himself a “perfect role model” and a “perfect model citizen,” the police “came after me like I was a dog.”

Despite making such audacious claims, Eric did not back up his claims on divorce or family separation with any proof.

The 79-year-old Republican president has five children from three previous marriages.

In 1977, he married Ivana Trump, a Czech businesswoman and model, and the two of them had three kids: Eric, Ivanka, and Donald Jr. In 1992, they got divorced.

Trump married television personality and actress Marla Maples the next year, in 1993. The two had a daughter, Tiffany, before divorcing in 1999.

As is well known, he married Melania, a former Slovenian model, in 2005 for his third and current marriage. The couple has a son named Barron.
