Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your favorite mild shampoo (preferably sulfate-free)
  • 1 tablespoon of castor oil
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary essential oil
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint essential oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional for extra moisture)
  • 2 capsules of biotin (optional, crushed into powder)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base: Start with your mild shampoo as the base. Pour it into a clean mixing bowl.
  2. Add the Oils: Gradually add the castor oil, coconut oil, rosemary essential oil, peppermint essential oil, and vitamin E oil into the shampoo. Stir well to ensure all the oils are evenly mixed into the shampoo.
  3. Optional Ingredients: If you’re using honey for added moisture or biotin for an extra growth boost, mix them in now. Make sure everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Store the Shampoo: Pour the mixture back into your shampoo bottle or another container with a tight lid. Shake the bottle gently before each use to make sure the ingredients remain mixed.
  5. How to Use: Apply the shampoo to your wet hair, focusing on the scalp. Massage it gently for 2-3 minutes to stimulate the scalp and promote blood circulation. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  6. Frequency: Use this shampoo 2-3 times a week for the best results. Over time, you should notice your hair becoming more lush and potentially growing faster!
