INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 egg
  • 140g (0.7 cup) sugar
  • 70ml (0.3 cup) oil
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 450g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
  • 170ml (0.7 cup) water
  • 10g baking powder
  • 15g cocoa

METHOD:

  • Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add oil and stir. Add water, flour and baking powder to the mixture.
  • Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add cocoa to 1 part and knead. Roll out 2 cakes.
  • Put one cake on top of the other and wrap the roll. Cut the roll with thread. Fry in a lot of oil.
  • Enjoy your Fried cocoa swivels.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • Hazelnut cream
  • Melted butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Sugar
  • Milk

METHOD:

  • Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal parts.
  • Make several vertical cuts in each half without reaching the edges. Brush with melted butter and fold the piece of puff pastry horizontally.
  • Place the dough with the cuts facing down. Add hazelnut cream to the middle of the dough, then fold into a triangle.
  • Put them on a baking tray. Brush each pastry with milk and sprinkle over some sugar. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
