You can consume it by boiling the ginger root in water for 5 minutes and then sipping this water. You can add honey to the water to reduce the bitterness. Drinking ginger tea twice a day can help reduce nausea, dizziness and other vertigo symptoms.
5. Almonds
Almonds are a rich source of vitamin A, B and E. Eating a handful of almonds can help ease the symptoms of vertigo.
Though it is yet not clear how exactly almonds help in combating the condition.
6. Apple cider vinegar and honey
A rather novel remedy recommended by Alternative Daily is apple cider vinegar and honey. This one hasn’t got any science behind it, but many people swear by it. Mix two parts honey with one part apple cider vinegar. Swallow 1 tablespoon of the mixture two or three times daily.
7. Essential oils
Essential oils are one of the simplest and most effective remedies for many problems. It can even help in managing symptoms of vertigo, including nausea, headache and dizziness.
You can use peppermint, ginger, lemon and lavender essential oil in a diffuser to get instant relief.
