It was a mailman’s final day on the job after 35 years of dedicated service to the same neighborhood. Throughout the morning, his regular stops showered him with wonderful farewell gifts—gift cards, premium cigars, and top-tier fishing lures.
But nothing prepared him for the very last house on his route.
There, a stunning young woman in a revealing silk robe greeted him at the door. Without a word, she took him by the hand, led him upstairs, and treated him to the most passionate encounter of his entire life.
Afterward, she brought him down to the kitchen and served him a royal breakfast feast: eggs, sausage, blueberry waffles, and fresh-squeezed juice. As he happily sipped his post-meal coffee, he noticed a single one-dollar bill resting on the saucer.
“This has been the most incredible day of my life,” the mailman beamed. “But I have to ask… what is the dollar bill for?”
The woman blushed slightly and smiled. “Well, last night I told my husband today was your retirement, and I asked him what we should do for you. He just rolled his eyes and said, ‘Screw him, give him a dollar.'”
She winked and added:
“But the breakfast was completely my idea.”
