Sometimes it’s better to just remain silent and smile.
There are sometimes you find it difficult to express your own thoughts and feelings just by words or sayings. Or there are sometimes your words are redundant. In those cases, what you need to do is just say nothing and smile.
When some one asks you something that you don’t want to talk about, or the situation is not suitable for you to answer them properly. You just need to be silent and smile;, it is enough for them to understand that they should change the topic.
When you agree with an idea, or accept an invitation, an apology or thanks; you don’t need to say anything, just a friendly smile shows that you agree with them.
Or when you want to comfort some one who suffers sadness or want to cheer up your friend who is having difficulties in life. Sit next to them and listen to them, give them your optimistic smile, they will feel the love and sharing from you.
Silence and smile, in some circumstances, are ways you communicate messages and emotions more effectively than words.
